The Brunch Menu

The Brunch package and following selections are offered for morning events between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon only. The brunch package is the same as our lunch and dinner packages with the exception of appetizers and free flowing beer and wine. Free flowing champagne is included.

Brunch Buffet

• Fresh fruit compote
• Assorted mini muffins and fresh baked scones
• Assorted Preserves
• Choice of one:
  • Fresh baked Quiche Florentine, Lorraine, Chicken and Artichoke or Salmon
• Choice of one:
  • Chicken, Spinach, Mushroom or Strawberry Crepes
  • June's Potatoes
  • Bacon and Sausage

Sit Down Selections

All of the menu selections below include a tower on each table of an appetizer of smoked salmon in pastry, Croissants, fresh baked scones and almond twists.

• Baked Salmon Souffle with Cucumber Dill Sauce
  Served with fresh chilled asparagus vinaigrette.
• Tivoli Frittata
  A wonderful baked egg dish filled with roasted eggplant, Roma tomato, zucchini and Gruyere cheese. Served with bacon, sausage, crispy potatoes and fresh fruit.
• Stuffed French Toast
  Fresh Challa Bread stuffed with cream cheese and strawberry jam dipped in egg batter served with maple syrup, bacon, sausage and fresh fruit.
• A Split Cornish Game Hen and Tivoli Quiche
  A combination of Split Cornish Game Hen with a sherried orange glaze and a choice of Quiche Florentine, Lorraine or Salmon. Served with fresh fruit.
