All selections will be complemented by appetizers chosen by our Chef and will be passed during formal pictures. Also included is a dessert tray of homemade wedding cookies set out during the latter half of your wedding reception

Boneless Breast of Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms:

A tender boneless breast of chicken lightly fried, and topped with fresh mushroom and artichoke cream sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and dinner rolls.

Chicken Wellington:

A tender seasoned boneless chicken breast, stuffed with sautéed mushrooms, topped with our chef's special pate and wrapped in flaky pastry dough. All complemented with a Marsala wine sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and dinner rolls.

Chicken Florentine:

Tender boneless chicken breast stuffed with sautéed spinach and sun dried tomatoes topped with a white wine sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and dinner rolls.

Brandy and Apricot Glazed Chicken:

A tender boneless breast of chicken sautéed and oven baked with a brandy and apricot glaze. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and dinner rolls.

Chicken Marsala:

Boneless breast of chicken sautéed in a mushroom and Marsala wine sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and dinner rolls.

Cornish Game Hen:

Oven baked hen with a sherried orange glaze. Served with wild rice pilaf, fresh vegetables and dinner rolls.

Sautéed Shrimp Scampi Style:

Large shrimp sautéed with fresh tomato, garlic and wine served over a bed of garlic mashed potatoes with fresh vegetables and dinner rolls.

Fresh Salmon:

Fresh salmon oven baked and topped with your choice of dill butter sauce, hollandaise or roasted red pepper sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables, dinner rolls and butter.

Beef Brochette:

Large tender pieces of marinated top sirloin skewered with green peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms topped with a cabernet sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and dinner rolls.

Cappelini alla Checca:

Angel hair pasta with fresh tomato, garlic and basil. Served with garlic bread and fresh vegetables.
